Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. Pets: Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $125 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. Security Cameras: For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of front porch, exterior parking and side gate. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored. Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the Airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us. All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation. 🏠House Rules: ⏰ Late Checkout -Late checkout is available for an extra $15 per hour. If requested last minute (the night before checkout), the fee is $20 per hour. 👥 Extra Guests -Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included in your reservation) will be charged $65 per person. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Any smell of smoke or marijuana inside the property will result in a $500 fine following check-out, as determined by our housekeeping team. 🎉 No Parties or Events Allowed -To comply with community rules, please respect neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels down, between 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. -All noise or disturbances during quiet hours will result in a $1,000 FINE. 🐾 Pets Are Allowed - Any pet hair or poops during cleaning will be fined $100 for not following our house rules, and you will be responsible for the additional cleaning fee. - Any damages caused by pets to appliances, furniture, or other property may result in an additional fee, which will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. 📹 Security and Surveillance -For safety of both guests and property, we have exterior cameras at the parking area, front door and exterior side. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the devices.
