Well situated as I was exploring both north, east and south of the city. I did have to go by with one towel, but I am sure if i had asked the host, she would have sorted me out right away. My bad. The place is quiet and comfortable. Thanks.

I absolutely love this little loft space. I could live here. It's cozy yet spacious. The location is so convenient. There's plenty of food stores in the area, and it's a quick drive to I285. Racquelle is very responsive, and I've already booked my next stay.

Flew into Phoenix to work the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Races at Phoenix Raceway and spent 10 days here, couldn't have been happier with the location, amenities, ease of access to everything. The location of the property made venturing out so easy. The amenities on the property, aka the pool, were enjoyed! The unit was very nicely decorated, had everything one would need including a printer for anyone working while in town. Having serious food allergies/restrictions I cook all my food, and i enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, everything one needs is there, including a spice rack for added flavor to my food, which i greatly appreciated and used every day. The bed, well you just melt into it. Its very comfy. I had no issues sleeping. The adjoining walls are masonry so that made for a very quiet unit/stay. I didn't hear much at all, and barely saw anyone during my stay. The times i used the pool, I had it all to myself. I am planning on coming back to stay again in the spring.

Great location for us. The condo was very clean and well kept. Everything was very comfortable. The building was quiet. Didn't hear other residents, outside noises. Secure building in a safe, walkable neighborhood with park close by. 15-minute walk to a coffee shop. The host was great, gave clear instructions, and checked in with us throughout our stay. Would stay there again.

Incredibly communicative host, instructions for access were clear and easy to follow, the building is quiet and well-maintained, in an awesome location close to a wonderful park and many, many shops/restaurants/grocery stores, very cozy and modern apartment, toiletries for guest use, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for laundry (in-unit and free!!!) use No HEPA filtration for the smoky days, but host is planning to change that :)

First of all, its wonderful location - it is quite, but very close to Broadway, 15th street restaurants and of course Volunteers park. It's very walkable and the neighborhood around is beautiful. The place itself is very nice, but I want to give additional props for the kitchen. I like to cook and having thoughtfully stocked kitchen makes a big difference for these short term stays. This is one of the best kitchens I've rented: spices, utensils, variety of pots and pans etc. Racquelle was so helpful and friendly, she made the stay even more wonderful.

Without question, and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s, these were the most responsive and reliable hosts that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Wonderful communication, good and easy and very private space, exactly as described.

Racquelle went out of her way to be accommodating from well before my arrival. I loved the tree-house vibe of this space, overlooking a serene backyard. The interior was sweet and clean as the photos suggest. All together, it made for a lovely private oasis within the city. A car would be convenient, but I made do without.

Out of all the places I stayed in Seattle, I can confidently say that this was my favorite place ! Racquelle was so accommodating and sweet. Her place is so precious and cozy. Also the location is great. I love Cap Hill and you are minutes away from great food & coffee shops. I highly recommend !!
